  • No refunds on digital downloads
  • All sheet music is for your personal, non-commercial, use only. (commercial use: contact me for possibilities)
  • You are allowed to download the PDF file 5 times (for example: on your computer and tablet)
  • You are allowed to print one (1) copy for personal, non-commercial use
  • YouTube cover video: allowed, see below for conditions

Copyright

All content including the presentation thereof on this website is the property of Nina van Meijeren, Magnolia Harp and protected by Dutch and international copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, modify, create derivative works, or in any other way exploit any part of copyrighted material without the prior written permission from Nina van Meijeren, Magnolia Harp.

Note: some of the imagery (photos/video clips) used on the cover art of the compositions and in YouTube videos are royalty free or are used with consent from the rightful owner. Magnolia Harp does not claim to own any rights to these specific materials.

User License

Personal use only

Permission is granted to print one (1) copy of the digital sheet music file(s) you purchased.

Commercial use

Please contact me (nina@magnoliaharp.com) for the possibilities. I would love to know about your project and perhaps we come up with a solution that fits your wishes better. At least this way you will have a clear conscience. 😉

Download Limit

When you buy sheet music from our store, you are given the option to download the file(s) 5 times. This is for your convenience. Magnolia Harp acknowledges the fact that nowadays mobile devices (such as tablets) are used to store sheet music digitally and wants to help you in simplifying the process of transferring files from one device to another.

Download expiration

Your download links never expire and your products can be accessed via the download link in the purchase email or in your account, if you have one. However, once downloaded, you are responsible for the back-up of your files.

Refund

Due to the nature of digital products, Magnolia Harp does not offer refunds on digital products.

YouTube

Thank you for enjoying my music and wanting to help share it with the world! You may post a video of you playing my composition(s). Conditions: you provide the name of the composition and a link to my Youtube Channel or website in the description of your video. Optional: please notify me, I’d love to hear you play and encourage you! ? *It is not allowed to show (part(s) of) the score in your video. People can find a preview of the score in the shop, so please redirect them there.*

Errors and inaccuracies

Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers and availability.
